Privacy Policy

    Last updated: April 15, 2026

Lotus (“Lotus,” “we,” “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and protecting the personal data of every person who uses our digital platforms (the “users”), in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulatory obligations.

    Personal Data

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. “Sensitive Personal Data” means any personal information concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, union membership or affiliation with a religious, philosophical or political organization, as well as data relating to health, sex life, genetics, or biometrics when linked to a natural person.

    Collection

Lotus is committed to collecting only the information strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this policy, so that users are protected from any inadequate or unnecessary processing of their data.

    Purpose

All data collected by Lotus will be used (processed) solely for institutional communications with registered users — whether through direct contact by call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email — and via marketing materials, marketing emails, newsletters, product updates, and downloadable content. This is the specific purpose of the personal data processing carried out by Lotus.

    Navigation Data

Users' personal data may also be used to improve their experience on our site by monitoring their actions, pages visited, and information provided in forms, so that we can personalize email marketing communications to better suit their needs.

    Change of Purpose

Should data need to be used for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy, Lotus is committed to providing prior notice and requesting renewed consent from users before continuing to process their personal information for that new purpose.

    Rights of Data Subjects

Lotus reaffirms its commitment to upholding all rights granted to data subjects under applicable data protection laws, including: confirmation and access; correction; anonymization, blocking, or deletion; portability; information about data sharing; the right not to consent; the right to withdraw consent; and the right to object.

    Sharing

Lotus reserves the right to share personal information with third parties where necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, in full compliance with applicable regulatory obligations and while ensuring the security measures needed to protect users' personal information.

    Storage and Disposal

Users' personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless there is another reason to retain it as permitted by law, or until the data subject requests that processing cease — for example, by withdrawing consent. Personal data will be disposed of promptly once processing ends and its purpose has been fulfilled, or within 30 days after the user's request, depending on the volume of requests being processed by Lotus.

    Opt-out

Every marketing email and newsletter sent by Lotus includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. By clicking that link, the user is automatically removed from the Lotus contact list and will no longer receive marketing emails or newsletters, though their data may remain stored in our database.

    Data Deletion

Permanent deletion of personal data must be requested directly by the data subject through the communication channel listed below. Once a deletion request is received, all stored data will be removed from our servers within 30 days.

    Updates

If Lotus makes any changes to this Privacy Policy, they will be published at this same link. For that reason, we recommend that users visit this page periodically to stay informed about how their data is handled by Lotus.
